Marco Zambotti

Adjunct Lecturer


Marco Zambotti is a political economist working at the intersection of development, fragility and conflict for the World Bank. He is on the core team of the new joint UN-World Bank flagship report ‘Pathways for Peace: Inclusive Approaches to Preventing Violent Conflict’ (expected Fall 2017). In his career as an analyst, he has worked on European foreign policy, transatlantic relations, post-conflict reconstruction, democratization and economic transition. In addition to SAIS, he teaches graduate courses at the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences of the Johns Hopkins University. He received his MA and PhD from SAIS.
