About

Isaac Wohl is an Industry Economist at the U.S. International Trade Commission. Since joining the USITC in 2007, he has provided economic research, statistical analysis, and technical support on trade and competitiveness issues, focusing on financial services, digital trade, renewable energy, and transport infrastructure among other topics. Professor Wohl has previously consulted for the World Bank, worked with the Broadmoor Improvement Association to reopen a school in post-Katrina New Orleans, and trained teachers as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Uganda. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor’s in mathematics and philosophy from Grinnell College. He is from Charleston, West Virginia.
